I told my wife the night before that we had to visit three properties in San Carlos Park the next day, not just her rental. She does rental management. I had two new listings to inspect and install lockboxes. San Carlos Park is a an area of Fort Myers, Lee County, located between central Fort Myers and Estero and Bonita Springs.
I checked in on her at a little past 11:00 pm. She was painting(a portrait, not the house) and on the TV was the rock group, R.E.M. being featured on Austin City Limits on the PBS station. They looked and sounded … (4 comments)

San Carlos Park is a residential neighborhood of Fort Myers which I highly recommend to either Florida investors,Fort Myers buyers who are relocating but do not want to pay the higher Bonita Springs and Naples prices or simply local residents who want to take advantage of the drop on prices in Lee County and be 8 miles from Fort Myers Beach and near Bonita Springs and North Naples.
