The Crooked Creek HOA has voted to build new amenities and to privatize the roads and add a 24 hour manned guard gate.
In April 2008 the Crooked Creek HOA Board presented a proposal at it's Annual Homeowners meetings to take over the ownership of the roads from the City of Milton and gate the neighborhood. The Crooked Creek Golf Club was recently purchased by Affiniti Golf Partners - Their website is http://www.affinitigolf.com. This golf management company was also the owner/management company for the Alpharetta Country Club located just a few miles from Crooked Creek.
Affiniti has joined the memberships of the two clubs together and renamed the two facilities to now be called the Alpharetta Athletic Club or "AAC" for short and now calls Crooked Creek the "East Course" and the old Alpharetta Country Club the "West Course"
