home staging consultation: Leave No Room Behind. (Or Unstaged) Selling By Design-Staging Fresno, CA - 12/09/11 03:40 PM
As a professional home stager, I visit the mls on a regular basis to see what's out there on the market. Many times the main living areas look nice and maybe even professionally done. Then the photo tour goes to the leftover rooms, the spare or the "no one knows what to do with" room. Here the visual impact falls apart. home staging consultation: How To Avoid Seeing The Things That No One Should See. - 10/21/11 04:27 PM
In real estate staging, or home staging, we stagers see things we shouldn't see (and really don't want to see.) home staging consultation: How Much Money Are You Willing To Throw Away On Your Home Sale? - 08/23/11 03:06 PM
Today's real estate market, like the overall ecomomy is suffering. Why then would home sellers and their agents willingly throw money away by leaving home staging out of their marketing strategy? Why not just take a ten to fifty thousand dollars and burn it in a bonfire? Sounds silly doesn't it? Why would anyone do that? They would not of course, but when a seller does a price reduction, maybe two or three, it is money lost. Assuming that the house has been fairly priced when put on the market it should sell,(allowing for the economic downturn) at around the same price and

home staging consultation: Agents, I Need Your Opinions And Advice Regarding Home Staging Consultations - 07/13/11 06:46 PM

Some agents have been so convinced of the value of staging that they have even pitched in and gone above and beyond the call. One painted a room for a client and the other helped the homeowner, a widower, clean his kitchen. In both instances the work was grueling, but well worth the effort. One real estate agent told me that he liked having a home stager advise his clients so that he did not have

"My Home Looks OK, So Why Should I Have It Staged When It Is FOR SALE BY OWNER?" A home staging professional will have an objective or "buyers" eye when viewing your home. While your home does look fine to you it may be in need of help to make it appealing to the largest pool of potential buyers. Most people don't notice small things in their homes that may be buyer
