Community Survey Results for Indian Prairie School District 204 - 01/26/10 10:18 AM
A critical part of education is assessment. Teachers are always gathering information to determine if student progress has been made. The data is essential to help chart a course for student success. As a district, it is important to assess if we are best serving our community. The district recently conducted a random sample phone survey to help us with this assessment. At Monday night's board of education meeting, Dr. Brad Senden from the Center for Community Opinion presented the results of the survey. The last time we surveyed our community was in 2005, and the majority of the questions we (0 comments)
How Frustrated Would Moses Have Been!!!!!!!!!!!! - 01/25/10 11:13 AM
Over the weekend a friend sent me an email which contained the following quote by Ronald Regan: " I have wondered at times what the Ten Commandants would have looked like if Moses had first run them through Congress." I thought I would share this with all of you. I still have not stopped laughing! Linda Kemp, Keller Williams Realty, Naperville, IL (1 comments)
Pets Caught in the Middle of Foreclosures--Is There Help Out There for Them? - 01/23/10 10:23 AM

Has anyone else out there participated in something similar to this? I would be interesterd in hearing from any fellow associates on how you went about raising awareness (2 comments)
Home Warranties--Are You Educating Your Clients? - 01/22/10 11:08 AM
I for one am a proptent of home warranties. Whether you are representing a buyer or seller this relatively small investment can save you time and money down the road. As a listing agent I will always encourage my clients to invest in a home warranty. It's just another way to add value to your listing and attract more buyers. When I representing a buyer, I always advise my clients on the benefits a home warranty even if the home that they are looking at doesn't have one included with the listing. Your clients can ask for one when writing the (3 comments)
