A critical part of education is assessment. Teachers are always gathering information to determine if student progress has been made. The data is essential to help chart a course for student success. As a district, it is important to assess if we are best serving our community. The district recently conducted a random sample phone survey to help us with this assessment.

Over the weekend a friend sent me an email which contained the following quote by Ronald Regan:
" I have wondered at times what the Ten Commandants would have looked like if Moses had first run them through Congress."

Pets Caught in the Middle of Foreclosures--Is There Help Out There for Them? - 01/23/10 10:23 AM
I just finished a great article in the Keller Williams Realty publication, "Outfront."  The article talked about pets who loose their homes when the banks foreclosure on their owners.  Some of these animals are left abandoned either in the homes or in the streets.  The article went on to explain how KW agent, Sandy Zalagens from Los Feliz, California helped raise money for rescue organizations in her community.

I for one am a proptent of home warranties. Whether you are representing a buyer or seller this relatively small investment can save you time and money down the road.  As a listing agent I will always encourage my clients to invest in a home warranty.  It's just another way to add value to your listing and attract more buyers.  When I representing a buyer, I always advise my clients on the benefits a home warranty even if the home that they are looking at doesn't have one included with the listing.  Your clients can ask for one when writing the … (3 comments)
