It's hard not to fall in love with the Mid-Century Modern Homes that line the streets of Northcrest, especially when you drive through on a sunny April day. The azaleas are in full pastel bloom and the pink and white dogwoods create a canopy over the hills and turns. If your windows are down you can smell the lilacs and wisteria and hear a Red Robin welcoming the Spring. There are mom's pushing strollers and smiling neighbors walking their fluffy four-legged friends. Everyone waves or smiles as you pass by. Whenever I go on a listing appointment and describe how my marketing and staging techniques are worth every dollar it’s hard for some sellers to grasp the value, especially without seeing visuals. So I decided to pull an example of before and after shots of this Mid-Century Modern Home that was recently re-listed by me in Northcrest (Atlanta’s MCM neighborhood). 3506 Summitridge Dr. is a Ranch with a 2 car garage. Ok so it's taken me 3 days, but I've finally found some retro door hardware for the on going MCM renovation in progress. For all of you looking to give you tired door knobs a little pizazz check out One Stop Modern. They have some great finds. You can thank me later ;-)

Sorry 3487 is UNDER CONTRACT! But don't be disappointed there are several other Mid-Century Modern homes that are available in Northcrest.
This Vintage Tri-Level is simplistically sophisticated. The original pine Tongue and Grove ceiling is in perfect condition. The Upstairs living room features the original fireplace with the same gas logs from 1962. The oversized sky light lets in ample natural light and the floating staircase that leads to the lover level brings back a time when martini's were stirred not shaken and pearls and aprons were worn while vacuuming.
