If you or a client of yours are considering building or buying a log home or a timber frame home, I would highly recommend that you attend a log home show. There are shows happening all over the country during the fall and spring and there you can find custom log home floor plans, collect brochures and get prices and financing information from industry experts. This is a great time to build a log home because with the home building slowdown, manufacturers and builders have sharpened their pencils and are willing to work with any serious buyer.
