Coccia Real Estate Group, LLC Whippany Branch will soon become Coccia Real Estate Group, LLC Hanover Township Branch. Yup, we're moving! Chris Coccia has signed a lease on a phenomenal space and we are all thrilled! I'll be managing an office 4 times the size of what we have now! More room and more agents to do what we do best...find people homes! I will miss Pine Plaza and my friends there but we are on to bigger and better things with a large hometown office to serve you! Here at Pine Plaza in Whippany, we've already lost Bagel Brunch and Pathmark and now a number of others are rumored to be closing. Someone on anther local forum asked Committeeman Francioli if, considering the loss of tenants at Pine Plaza, the town has considered meeting with the landlord of the plaza and trying to work on the problem of boarded up storefronts which the poster considers to be a "blight" the township cannot afford.
