Union Kentucky is changing from a small country town to an updated planned community. The plan for the Union Town Center promotes mix use in a pedestrian friendly environment. The residential areas will have an urban feel, combining clustered homes and multi-family units. Business areas will offer unique shopping and dining. Many developers have already begun large residential communities in the surrounding areas, single family, patio homes, town homes and condos. Boone County's numerous parks, golf courses, aquatic center and good school system makes the future of this area bright.
