My cousin, a real estate agent has been complaining non-stop that she has had only one sale in the last six months.
Well, what have you tried to stimulate business, I asked?
She replied that they had done some mailers that didn't receive any response.
As a direct marketer, I know that is really tough to accomplish... receiving absolutely no response to a mailer. I've been doing mailings for our clients for decades and if the mail actually leaves the post office, someone will respond. Guaranteed.

We're excited about realestaterelish.com because it is designed to help realtors and agents enjoy their days, do more strategic marketing, and sell more homes. Marketing can be really fun and make your day interesting...and the results will amaze you.
I've noticed very few mailings in my mailbox in the last 6 months. Yet, it is the best time to do some targeted mailings. Why? Well because people aren't doing well right now...so they're cutting back on their spending. It is the worst time to do that.
