     After taking last year off from developing fractional vacation villas, I am back at it again. This time with a new twist!
     A guy can only do so many high end vacation type homes in one area. In 2012 all of the fractional homes that I am developing are geared to the middle to high middle class sectors. No more $2M-$3M estates, but rather $500K-$1M range. funny thing is most of these homes were going for lots more only a few years ago.

Actually Life Is SO Good!!!
2012 is just turning out to be a banner year and it has just barely begun.
I honestly do not know if my life could get any better. I sincerely hope everyone's life is going great this year.

Yesterday I wrote a short blog about how 2012 is going to be a good one for all of us. Many commented that they also felt the same way.
Today I have some new emails in my box from folks who have seen some of my web advertisements on CL and a few like that. All of them asking for information on my propeties that I own, and would like to sell, or asking if I would like to buy their property.
Lets all keep those chins up. Things are going well!!!

Business is picking up pretty quickly for 2012. Lots of phone calls and some real estate agents have actually been cold calling me. Wow!
Hopefully 2012 turns into a decent year for any of us who make our living either selling, buying, or building.
