Goodlettsville is a northern suburb of Nashville, Tennessee. Founded by Casper Mansker in the 1700's, Goodlettsville has one of the oldest brick homes in the state and a marvelous award-winning city park - Moss-Wright Park.

Goodlettsvile is a Community in Sumner County which is situated between Hendersonville and Nashville. As a matter of fact, Goodlettsville straddles both Sumner and Davidson (Nashvlle) Counties, it is only listed in Davidson County in Active Rain. Just curious, can anyone tell me what the value is in adding associations in Active Rain? I've one and I've looked at others profile and they have them too. Can anyone share what the benefit is with someone who is a "part-time" Active Rainer?

Seller just love these sites. You can place as many photos and media as you want.
Of course you have each listing on your web site as well a single property site! And, include the websit reference in bold letters when using a flyer box on the property or in an ad in the paper so (4 comments)

I began to use these over a year ago to help promote my listings. The seller's love it. The site is linked to the listing and the website (example- www.1247TwelveStones.com) is used in every bit of advertising -- flyer's, ads, e-mail notices, etc.

This is an amazing book. I picked it up a few weeks after my Dad passed away and I feeling very angry about it. What a great read -- it helped me begin to heal. Have any of you read this book? What did you think?
