With all the whining from the media about the declining real estate market and the tons of inventory, it's a wonder that some homeowners simply haven't gotten the message yet. When you sit at way too high listing price, all you're doing is hoping for a miracle and the market is just going to pass you by. It's not magic or rocket science.
