Kelso Washington Real Estate Market Report for 2011.
The Kelso Washington real estate market is slowly showing signs of improvement, home sales were up, days on market is shorter, the foreclosure market has slowed down and available inventory keeps on shrinking. In my opinion this is good sign for home seller and the real estate market.
Kelso Washington home sales were slighly up form the previous year with 192 homes sold in 2011 compare to 160 in 2010. At the end of the year inventory was the lowest in over two years with only 125 homes on the market.

Kelso Washington Real Estate Market Report October 2011
Kelso Washington real estate home sales were down 42 percent in October from September with only 7 homes sold compare to 12 sales in September but the same number of sales from October 2010. Even though the Kelso real estate market nose-dived continues it is not necesary all that bad, it is just heading to a normal slow time of the season.
More stats for the Kelso Washington real estate market at the end of October.

Kelso Washington Real estate Market Report for September 2011
Kelso Washington homes sales were down 37 per cent sin September from August with only 12 homes sold compare to 19 homes sold in August and coincidently the same per cent 37 down from September 2010. Even though the real estate market in the area have been overall consistently steady, in the Kelso Washington real estate market all numbers are down and in my opinin that is not a good sign but hopefully that will not be for long.
