Real Estate: The Back Bone

In every community and literally on every street as you drive by you will notice home(s) for sale or for rent, and even with the U.S economy being bitten by foreclosure; it is still the backbone in keeping our community mobile. As rates continue to fall and property values remain stagnated our economy is in vital need of home sales to continue. With Congress gained interest in real estate it has become an active concern to not just maintain rates but to lower them in order to improve the fiveyear real estate low trend we have witnessed. There is no other U.S industry which gets as much wide spread attention as real estate transactions by U.S economoist. No matter what time of day or day of the week there will some form of publicized conversations discussing its true impact and further defining it as one of the backbones of the U.S economy. As rates continue to fall to an all time low we are seeing great improvements in home sales. As a nation, we are in such a great position as far as real estate and as REALTOR(s) we need to keep our clients educated on the changing trends in the real estate sector instead of allowing them to be blindly led by the news and other social media. Knowledge! Knowledge! Knowledge! Is the key to a successful outcome of real estate.

In order for this market to improve and strengthen our back bone, we have to change the thinking as a whole and instead of seeing our glass as half empty start viewing it has half full. Moving forward lets begin to take our thoughts and insights off of auto pilot and start living life and dreams to the fullest. In a time when we as a nation have seen some of the greatest changes in government, lets follow the words of Margaret Thatcher, "Watch your thoughts for they become words. Watch your words for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character, and watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. What we think we become (Thatcher, Margaret)! Be the back bone of success.
