Yes, beware of the Seller's Property Disclosure - there may be more than what is actually stated. I am living proof of that fact. Being a real estate agent, I should have known better.
Here is my living proof:

When heavy rains, the pond overflows.

flooding in lorain county: Flooding in Lorain County, Ohio - Can you see my driveway? - 03/05/11 12:02 PM
After an accumulation of snow, then a heavy rain with warmer temperatures - this is what my front yard looked like. You can't even see my driveway! The flood water came into our pole barn and the back detached garage this past Monday. This weekend was going to be the clean up and dry out day ... but guess what? More rain!! Any ideas on how to quickly dry out the interior of a cement floor building?
