May has brought about a new market for buyers and sellers. I have written several offers on all types of homes and most have been in a multiple offer situation. The bank owned homes are a hot product with great prices and opportunities for all types of buyers. It is difficult in a buyer's market to know just how high to go in this situation. I had a buyer recently lose a home over $1500.00. The bank is not into countering offers, they want your best offer and they will chose from the one that is best net to them. The … (9 comments)
