Jeff Belonger is absolutely the best blogger when it comes to FHA loans - he is truly the expert. I absolutely agree with his position. Requiring higher credit scores than a 620 and requiring higher down payments would absolutely disqualify a huge number of very responsible prospective homeowners and is not a solution to any problem we have in our current economy.
