Getting your home ready for market – “Move-in Ready” is Key - Unless absolutely impossible, it is my preference to prepare my listings to be “move-in ready” BEFORE they go on the market. Because our inventory of homes is high and Buyers have much from which to choose, YOUR home needs to have the WOW factor. When the Buyer walks through your door, they need to say, “I can LIVE here. In fact, I could move in TODAY!” If they walk into a home with stained carpet, dirty walls and obnoxious paint colors, they’re going to turn around and walk out. … (10 comments)
