It is difficult to successfully complete a short sale when the listing agent does not have a clue how to handle the short sale transaction. When you have completed 1 ONE short sale in your career that does not make you experienced as a short sale agent. Homeowners PLEASE do some homework and interview agents before making this choice. The agent can have all types of certifications with CNE, CBA, and on and on but if they can't provide you with multiple references on completed short sales BEWARE.
