Happy New Year!Lake Havasu City is off to a great start this year! The holiday season was very busy with visitors and Home Sales last month, which reduced our inventory of Homes for Sale. We now have 568 Single Family, and only 28listed under $100,000. We currently have 60 active single family foreclosure listings.

It is a BEAUTIFUL blue sky day in Lake Havasu City, AZ. According to our local MLS, we have 626 single family home listings. These homes are listed at a range of $39,900 and $954,000. Of the 626 listings, 25 homes are priced at $100,000 or less. Active foreclosures are numbered at 68 with a range of $39,900 all the way up to $725,000.
In the past three months 401 single family homes sold with a range between $40,000 all the way up to $954,000. Of the 401 homes sold, 164 were foreclosed properties.

It's a great day in Lake Havasu City, AZ!
We currently have 742 active single family home listings in Lake Havasu City. Of those listings, only 36 are priced under $100,000. The price range for the 742 homes is $51,900 to a high of $2,215,000. Of the 742 homes listed only 89 are foreclosure properties. The foreclosures are priced from $51,900 to a high of $549,900.
Many of the foreclosures are being consumed almost as fast as they come on the market...

Visitors and residents enjoying our region over the coming weeks will become aware of the presence of an unusual number of dead fish in the water and along the shoreline of Lake Havasu and the Colorado River. The fish are native carp that have perished from an epidemic of the Koi Herpes Virus, or KHV. Folks have been arriving in Lake Havasu City for the 4th of July holiday pretty steadily since last weekend June 27th. We have something for everyone! What fun! My family and I enjoyed the Lake last Sunday...it was perfect! We were able to boat up and down the blue waters, BBQ in Rattlesnake Cove, swim and just plain relax with the family....
Today is "another beautiful day in Lake Havasu City. AZ. Although I won't be on the lake, I will be helping someone find their perfect home.
