Home sales in Lake Havasu continue to reduce our inventory. We currently have 592 Single Family Homes for Sale in Lake Havasu City. Only 37 are listed at less than $100,000. The price range for Single Family Homes in Havasu is now $56,430 to a high of $2,450,000.

It's another BEAUTIFUL day in Havasu!!!
Real Estate is really moving...and Home sales in Lake Havasu continue to reduce our inventory. Today, we have 625 Single Family Homes for Sale in Lake Havasu City. Only 36 are listed at less than $100,000. The price range for Single Family Homes in Havasu is $54,900 to a high of $1,850,000.
With regard to foreclosures...we have only 78 single family homes listed priced between $54,900 and $495,000.
Information on the First Time HomeBuyer Tax Credit. Extended until April 30, 2010!

Well...homes are selling in Lake Havasu. Are they selling like they were 4 years ago? NO...but selling none the less! In the early part of this year our biggest buyer type was the "winter visitor" aka "snow birds." We are seeing many first time buyers as well. Currently, our summer or boater visitors are taking a look. ...and the real estate investor is always on the "look out."
As of today, July 13, 2009 we have 753 active single family home listings in Havasu priced between $69,900 and $2,215,000. Of those 99 are foreclosures priced between $69,900 and $654,118. We have 39 single … (0 comments)
