Life in Daytona Beach and surrounding areas has alot to offer . Port Orange, is a town nearby which we call home now. CNN Money named Port Orange one of the best places to retire in 2006. New homes, Restored historic homes on the river, Beachfront condos galore etc.... First time homebuyers have a vast selection (2 comments)

Some self employed individuals have the flexibility of making their own schedules and actually scheduling appointments, other's depend on walk in traffic and marketing. Some have assistants (1 comments)

One was a father of 5, former pro ball player and was presently self employed. The other, owner of 5+ rental homes wanted a place to relax and store equipment for her next business venture. Neither bought the home on 5 acres. They liked me well enough that they used my services to acquire their next property. I took father of 5 on about 56 (2 comments)
