Respect for other's time is the best way to ensure great customer service. When I first meet a customer, I determine whether they are working with any other Realtors. I work well with the long tern buyers and sellers. I am patient and believe that not everysale will be successful and all deserve my undivided attention. We have the best representative from our Century 21 Mortgage Office servicing our area. This week alone whe assisted in 5 leads and was successful in getting two to the table within a week. I cannot describe how important a service this is when dealing with buyers in a hurry, who have so many options available. Excellent service and immediate response is what they want.
