will county real estate: Agents Can Be As Oblivious as the Squirrels Who Feed Under My Trees. - 07/24/10 03:28 PM
I am fortunate to have a lovely backyard replete with wildlife. And our wildlife is well fed. . . Nuts and seeds are popular, but a favorite are the whole corn cobs full of dry corn. We buy them buy the bag and scatter them about to the delight of the many squirrels who live in the area. One recent morning, as I was sitting on the patio enjoying my morning coffee, I was fascinated by a bit of competition between two gray squirrels who had fixated on the same cob of corn. will county real estate: Forty Grand and a Fully Rehabbed Home. . . - 05/18/10 04:09 PM
We've waited since February, we've driven buy, we've watched, we've wondered when it will be finished, but finally the wait is ending. In my morning perusal of the "hotsheet" I came across an amazingly all too common occurrence that continues to boggle my mind. Expired listings with long market times. . .240 days plus. . .with one sad exterior picture and that is it! In this sluggish market, how do these listing agents expect to attract buyers?!? We know that home seekers are out there surfing the web looking for a new place to hang their hat and they want to see the assets that a home offers. Listing agents have a serious responsibility. Sellers are relying on us to market their homes. With all of the
