Looks like Realtors may have to knock on the neighbors door to see if anyone smokes?? This is nuts!

Yesterday the Boston Globe reported on a controversial lawsuit by a Alyssa Burrage, a condominium buyer, against a realtor over the disclosure of second hand smoke emitting from downstairs neighbors. Michelle Gordon- I couldn't have said it better myself. Buyers may be approved for a higher monthly payment than what they feel they can afford. Buyers.. listen to the inner voice before you decide to over extend!
