There's a new deli in Dallas - Gio’s Café & New York Deli. I didn't know about it until last night, but now word of mouth is spreading fast.  Wish I had known last week because it would have saved me a drive up to Campbell and Preston when I had a craving for a hot pastrami on rye that I thought only the Deli-News could cure.

My buyers didn't close today on their dream home.  They're not going to close any time soon.  We terminated the contract, forfeiting their earnest money.  Instead of attending a closing, I opted for a stress reduction activity.

Addison Pacesetters (Addison, Texas residents 50+ years of age) meet the first Wednesday of each month at Dunn Bros. Coffeehouse on Belt Line Road and learn about the Town of Addison.  This month, Allison Ream, the assistant to the Director of the Addison Public Works Department, spoke to us about her role in the Town of Addison.

A: I'm so glad you asked!  There are many benefits of living in Addison, Texas.  Some of the residents of the Midway Meadows subdivision, and specifically those who are part of the Addison Timbers Homeowners Association, have an extra benefit.  The small, elevated door you see off to the side of the garage door on the outside of the home has a corresponding small door on the inside of the garage.
