FHA Approved Condos in the Addison/North Dallas Area - 02/19/12 06:52 AM
FHA Approved Condos in the Addison/North Dallas Area are few and far between. If you are hunting for a condo that you can purchase with an FHA loan, your choices in the Addison/North Dallas area are very limited. Your only option in Addison is at The Aventura highrise on Addison Circle. That's it. With prices around $200,000 for a one bedroom, that puts an Addison condo out of reach for many. It's worse in Farmers Branch. There are NO condos on the FHA approved list in Farmers Branch. In Carrollton, your only choice is at the Ridgeline Townhomes (condos) on Tarpley.

Via Bryan Robertson, Los Altos REALTOR Los Altos Real Estate - Homes For Sale (Sereno Group - Los Altos): Deciding when to drop the listing price is difficult because it depends on the region and market. Ah, Addison! Not a city, but a "town." The Town of Addison. The best place to live and work in North Texas. There's something to be said about a place that doesn't take itself too seriously. Note the exclamation point in the town's name. Here you'll find the ruminations, rants and raves of one of the town's realtors and residents.
