Bob Stewart's Big D Adventure: Tornadoes and Elevators and Asset Managers, Oh My! Those of us who live in the Dallas area are used to tornado watches, tornado warnings, even just plain old severe thunderstorms. They're a way of life this time of year in tornado alley. When the sirens go off, we hunker down in the hallway or bathtub or inside closet and wait with flashlights, water, and battery powered radios in hand. We had a bit of "weather" after the first day of Rain Camp. Here's part of Bob's reaction and escapades the following day.

Dallas Rain Camp 2001: Highlights of Day 1. The best part of my day was hearing from Active Rain CEO Niki Parekh. He shared some amazing stats about AR. The results of the survey showed that the typical AR member is 50-60 years old with 5-10 years of experience, believes in the power of social media, is a do-it-yourself pioneer, and is tech savvy but not a tech expert.
