A BYOB homeowners association party in the Midway Meadows subdivision of Addison Texas turned into a BYOD (bring your own dog) party last evening. Residents and guest of the Addison Timbers Homeowners Association (ATHOA), under the direction of Virginia Wallace, board member at large and social director, met at the fountain on Le Grande Drive for drinks and snacks.
The Town of Addison is pet friendly. There are two dog parks, one at the end of Le Grande in the greenbelt park. And, it seems, the HOA is pet-friendly, too.The fountain provided a place for a cool dip in the … (3 comments)

Firemen, city council members, and residents of the Addison Timbers Home Owners Association gathered 'round the fountain Friday evening for food, comraderie and fun. ATHOA is in the Midway Meadows subdivision.
EMS and firefighters arrived in style in the ambulance and fire truck and drew looks from non-residents driving past on their way to the dog park.
Outgoing ATHOA board members Virginia, Val and Evelyn and remaining members Rhonda and John were on hand to welcome new board members Jerry, Dick, and Lorrie.
Councilman Greg Hirsch and his son stopped by for a cookie and splash in the fountain.

ATHOA consists of 104 zero lot/garden style homes in the Midway Meadowssubdivision of Addison Texas. The subdivision was developed by R.C. Williamson in 1980 and consists of the homes in ATHOA plus other single family residences and duplexes. Houses in the homeowners association can be identified by the front entry garages and are on Le Grande, Pokolodi, Leadville, Rush, the north side of Winter Park, and 2 homes on Sherlock. The remaining lots on Sherlock, Winter Park, Bobbin and Dome were built by other builders and are not members of the association.
