From zero lot (garden) homes to mansions, Addison has it all. Here's what is currently on the market in Addison, Texas, by subdivision. Some of the areas have required HOAs, others don't. I recently uploaded a list of condos, a list of townhomes, and a list of duplexes.
The Midway Meadows subdivision is the only part of Addison with duplex homes. There are also zero lot (garden) homes in the subdivison. The Pecan Square condos are nearby, but not part of the subdivision.

Looking for a townhouse in Addison, Texas? You have several choices. Those in Asbury Circle are under construction and the Stanford Court Villas are partially completed. If you prefer a mixed use community, District A is for you. Town Homes Addison and Towne Lake are in more residential areas.
Although "townhouse" is in the names of some of the complexes, these ARE condos.
