I held one of my listings open this afternoon, the second Sunday in a row. Last week I had 9 families come through, mostly neighbors. Today, I had two sets of neighbors, and one unrepresented buyer who really, Really, REALLY likes the house. She has a great job (works for the government), has been with the same company 20 years, has a pre-approval letter, and is approved for more than the list price of this home (it's amazing what unrepresented buyers will tell you, but that's fodder for another post). So, I as drove the neighborhood picking up the open house
