Ah, Addison! Not a city, but a "town." The Town of Addison. The best place to live and work in North Texas. There's something to be said about a place that doesn't take itself too seriously. Note the exclamation point in the town's name. Here you'll find the ruminations, rants and raves of one of the town's realtors and residents.
What could be worse? How about organizing an MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education) class, getting 40+ agents to sign up, and the instructor doesn't show up? That's what happened yesterday at a local title company. It was standing room only as more than 40 agents packed the training room to learn about "Staging to Sell." We enjoyed a continental breakfast, networked with the other attendees, and wondered why the session didn't start on time. The rules for continuing education classes are very strict and every minute counts if the agents are to receive credit for attending the session. We were eventually told … (11 comments)
