Santa arrived a few weeks back, and the City Hall Park tree has been lit for a while, but you still have these festivities to enjoy: Carlmont Choir's Winter Concert - 7:00 PM Friday and Saturday, December 16 & 17, at the Carlmont Performing Arts Center, Carlmont High School, Belmont. "I stopped by your listing on [20 Sequoia Court] on Sunday and do hope the open house went well. It is a lovely home and seems to be priced to sell! Guess Who Came on Broker Tour to 20 Sequoia Court in San Carlos CA? Yesterday was the day to present 20 Sequoia Court in San Carlos CA to all the brokers in the area. Preparations were made; directional signs were out; fruit and finger sandwiches were out in the kitchen. Guess who my first visitors were? Yes, the neighbors. Here on the Peninsula we share our neighborhoods with the natives, 4-legged, 2-legged, and winged alike. Here are some glimpses of what they saw--from outside the fence!
