civility: Point 8 of the Weltanschauung of Active Rain

Our colleague, Lynn Friedman, is once again kicking the new year off to a great start for us with her 2017 Blog Jumpstart Challenge. One of the components of this challenge is to review the Weltanschauung, or guiding principles, of Active Rain and pick one that resonates with us. I realized this morning how grateful I am for Point #8, We believe in spirited discourse, but personal attacks or predatory behavior will not be tolerated.
