I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to a commercial real estate agent, Sandra Martin, one of the stars of Grubb & Ellis Company, San Jose, California. While working all of Silicon Valley, Sandra specializes in the towns of Sunnyvale and Mountain View, representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. She and I have a business alliance we've dubbed "Business Buddies."
