homegain: Zillow, HomeGain and Trulia Home Values Reports -Stabilization?

Each of Zillow, HomeGain and Trulia came out with their respective Home values reports. In them there is a view of the future that indicates that perhaps home values are indeed stabilizing.
Here is a synopsis of the reports:
Zillow
The Zillow Report from December 9 focused on the cumulative sale value lost on homes in the first 11 months of 2009.
Zillow's conclusion:home values are declining at a lesser rate than last year -"Home values stabilized significantly during the second half of 2009, with the total dollar value of U.S. homes increasing since June," said Dr. Stan Humphries, Zillow's chief economist.

HomeGain released today our 2nd quarter survey on home prices. There are some stark contrasts to the 1st qtr survey. We also asked HomeGain members what they thought of the Obama stimulus plan and of his performance as President so far.
While sellers seem to be getting realistic, buyers are expecting even greater bargains.
