Reality is the truth, it's what is. If you try to avoid reality a chain of negative events are released resulting in negative consequences.  

You can't avoid reality but you can change your situation. 

Decide how you want to change your situation. Create the strategy to change your situation and take massive action to change it.  

We can't avoid reality but it's within our power change it.

Focus on what you can do.  

Every person has their strengths and they have their weakness.   

What we can do well becomes our strengths and those strengths propel our success journey.  Continue to focus on what you can do and you'll continue to move in the direction of your goals.  

There are thing that we cannot do.  

Acknowledge the thing that can't do; commit yourself to improvement in those area, but never let what you can't do interfere with the things that you can do.  

Success is a result of what you can do; focusing on the things you can't do stymies your success.  

Focus on the positive, focus on what you can do and control your destiny.

Knowing is not

There are many people who have the knowledge and know what to do, but never take action to do what they know. They become paralyzed by their inaction and success passes them by on the success journey.  

Knowledge without action is of no value to the person with the knowledge; they themselves moving in reverse.   

The person that can effectively apply their knowledge controls their destiny and their actions supply the fuel their success journey.
