As I see it. . . . . . . .
Getting it done takes effort  
Talking about it doesn't get in done.  
Thinking about it without action won't go very far in getting it done.  
When you have a vision with a plan and want it done. Its will take rolling up your sleeves and hard work to get things done.  
Commit yourself to stay the course and get it done.
