As I see it. . . . . . . . Your habits are your choice. Our habits are the foundation for who we become. We have the choice to build a life based on a solid foundation of positive habits that are valued based. With this foundation we develop a life of personal satisfaction. Or we can choose to follow unfulfilling habits that are locked into natural or moving (4 comments)
