Winners find a way to win.  
Successful people find a way to succeed.  
One on the common traits of both types of people is persistent. They persist until they achieve a breakthrough and once they get the breakthrough they open the flood gates to success.

Be a doer  
Do what has to be done, be a doer and let the other people watch.  
When a watcher complains about what you're doing, let them complain their opinion doesn't matter. You are doing what has to be done. It also might be the only time a watcher does anything.
