I am not one for "banging on my drum" about turning green or saving the environment or green house gases. That said, I am all for "Green Building" or Environmental Friendly Building" on the basis that it makes sense and why would you not go green in this case.

My wife and I were on our way to a property auction in downtown Charleston today. A couple of blocks before we got to our destination we passed this.

According to some information that I saw on Trulia.com regarding the Charleston Housing market, it was fourth in the USA with a month on month rise of 6.2% in housing price. First was Hilton Head, SC with a 12.1% rise.
