Another segment on the Today show about renting versus buying this morning got me thinking (scary- I know). One sees articles about "Why you need a management company" aimed at OWNERS, but not usually at TENANTS. Here are my top reasons why TENANTS need to go through a Professional Management Company (2 comments)
