"What will Buyers think of the outside of this house" - 07/15/09 01:52 AM
We were called in to Stage a home that had previously been on the market for six months and not one offer.  When we got to the home we thought no wonder it didn't get any offers, the outside really needed some help.  The inside was vacant but really nice and it had some really nice features...but if you can't get the buyers in the door the home is not going to sell.  So we gave a list of landscapers from our resource binder to the new Realtor and homeowner and just like that the outside of the home looked appealing.

"A CALL OUT OF THE BLUE - A GREAT OPPORTUNITY" - 07/08/09 11:29 PM
We got a call this week from a local Book Store.  The Manager said, he got our name out of the phone book and looked us up online.  He said, he was going to hold a Home Improvement Workshop this weekend and wanted to know if we would be interested in being part of the workshop.  He wanted us to talk about Home Re-design, Organizing and Home Staging. 
He told us that he wanted to have as many representatives as possible there who did home improvements, Painters, Contractors, Landscapers, even a Mortgage Broker for anyone who needs a loan to do … (5 comments)

"STAGING 2 CONDO"S - PART II - 07/07/09 09:34 PM
This is the second Condo that we Staged.  This Condo had less square footage then the first Condo that we Staged.  What was nice about this Condo was the living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen combo were very large and open.  Here are the before and after photo's.
