We were called in to "Stage to Work" a local Insurance Office.  We had done some office/paper organizing for the CEO in their previous location and when they moved to their new location the CEO asked his Office Manager to call us and see if we would be interested in doing an Office Makeover.  They had a limited budget and needed new Flooring and Office Furniture and some accessories.  We came up with a plan and drew out a floor plan.  We presented the estimate and we then agreed to work together. This home that we staged was one of our largest Stagings.  Every room in the house was very good size...  the only room in this house that was small compared to the rest of the house was the Dining Room.  The home was elegant so we Staged it accordingly.  Here are the Before and After Pictures of our Staging.

We Staged a beautiful vacant home that was completely remodeled...  and we just loved Staging the kitchen in this gorgeous home.  All new appliances, counter tops, cabinets, and flooring.  This was our first "Green Home" that we Staged.  The whole house was energy efficient.  You may notice in one of the photos below sign's on the appliances letting buyers know of all the special features this home had.

We were called in by a wonderful couple who were getting their home ready to sell and wanted us to give a Consultation (Detailed Evaluation Report) on their occupied Home.  It had previously been on the market for 7 months without one offer.  The first Listing Agent had brought in his own Stager and she had also given the Homeowner's a Consultation as well.  They took the advice of the Stager and did all the work themselves.  Since their home did not sell they decided not to renew with that Agent.

This home was over 3000 sq.ft. and totally remodeled, walls, lighting, flooring, and all new Kitchen and bathrooms.  The house was vacant and had very large rooms.  We were to Stage six of the eight rooms plus the Entry, three full Bathrooms, the Laundry Room and three decks.

The first day of the New Year...  1/1/11.  What a great way to start a new year with all 1's.  This year is going to be one of the best years yet.  Just ended the 31 Days of December Challenge and it was like reaching the Pot of Gold at the end of the rainbow.  Great things happened as a result of joining and completing that Challenge...  now on to the next!
