This morning I was looking at some properties on our MLS, and I just HAD to blog about the top 5 realtor photo mistakes. 
I've learned the hard way about bad photos, so I'm using some of my OWN terrible shots to give you examples! This is embarassing but I'll take one for the team here. (PS. I DID NOT use any of these on MLS!)

Why Buyers Need a Busy Agent in This Market... - 03/05/12 09:05 AM
I recently posted a blog about how wild our market has gotten recently, and that only proved to be true again this weekend!
I showed property Fri/Sat/Sun and last night I was in my office until 9:30 writing a purchase agreement with some buyers.
Why so late? They knew if they didn't write ASAP, another buyer would get it!
Buyers need agents who can get info and show them homes quickly if they want a fighting chance!
It is a much healthier market than a year or two ago when buyers could wait around for sellers to drop their price.
