Often we have buyers ask us how auctions that are listed on MLS work?
Auctions are done in a variety of ways, but I think buyers often have the perception that if they eliminate using a buyers agent and purchase directly from an auctioneer they can save money. 

I will give you an example of how one of the main auctioneer companies in town works.
