Every year there is an event in Buffalo, MN called "Trick or Treat the Merchants" where children in costumes can visit the local stores downtown Buffalo for treats! This year it will be on Saturday, October 30th 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00PM. You will be able to see which businesses are participating because they will have a sign in the door or window.
