You wouldn't know it based on what the local media reports but local prices are UP compared to last year. The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight is reporting that Dallas/Fort Worth prices in the first quarter were up versus the same time last year (up 3.76% in Dallas and 2.59% in (0 comments)

New statistics from the Census Bureau on household income in America in 2006 show Plano at the top with the highest median household income for a city with more than 250,000 people. CNNMoney.com reports the average Plano household makes $77,038 a year. That's ahead of San Jose ($73,804) and San Francisco ($65,497), and well (4 comments)
