The lenders have taken on a Darth Vader persona to the financially strapped emotionally drained that has led to retaliation and outright destructive antics on an increasing level. Here in Colorado most people dream of an affordable way to have that little get away in the mountains. While some prefer to camp moving from place to place around the state, others prefer to have that stationary dwelling always there ready and waiting.
The cost of a cabin is not always the most affordable route so more and more Coloradoans are taking a second look at the Yurt as a potential weekend retreat. This Mongolian dwelling is becoming popular as an alternative to the fixed structure.

Here is my view of the world today from Colorado. Winter has gently settled over the state last night letting us know that big brother blizzard is just a few weeks away. It's a gentle nudge to change gears and prepare for our next season here in the west.
Now is a great time to make sure I actually have that emergency kit inside the car and not on the garage shelf. Big brother blizzard has a nasty way of sneaking up on us unexpected. It's time to throw the shovel, sand bags, and Sorels in the truck because (0 comments)
A home is many things to my sellers. To the more transient it's just one season in their lives with little to no emotion attached before moving on to the next phase. But for some it holds the essence of family, memories, security, and connection both physical and emotional. For these sellers the process is a journey that has many levels from excitement of moving forward, to fear of change, to mourning the loss of the walls that hold the nicks and dents of their existence together.
