The condo market in Orangetown has experienced a weak quarter.  The average sales price of units has been going down but things that are well priced and show ready have been moving off the market quickly as indicated by the number of days on market - which is significantly down.

Despite all that , inventory is still plentiful and if you want to get it SOLD, you need to price it right and make sure it shows well or else you'll be helping your competition make that sale.
